Rt. Hon Dame Janet Paraskeva DBE, Chair
Dame Janet Paraskeva is the First Civil Service Commissioner and Chair of the Child Maintenance and Enforcement Commission. In January 2010 Janet was appointed Chair of Plan International (UK). Until August 2010 Janet was also a non-executive Board Member of the Serious Organised Crime Agency and Chair of the Child Exploitation and Online Protection Centre. She was the Law Society's Chief Executive from 2000 until August 2006. She is a member of the Privy Council. |

Her role in Manchester's renaissance in recent years is recognised, both in the leisure and property sectors. Carol is a non-executive director of the Greater Manchester Passenger Transport Authority and was a founder director of the Library Theatre Development Trust. |

Hilary Daniels
Hilary Daniels is a member of the Professional Oversight Board and a Past President of the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy. She was Chief Executive of West Norfolk Primary Care Trust from 2000 to 2006 and is currently Independent Member of East Northamptonshire Standards Board and Hon.Treasurer of two charities. Hilary became an Independent Member of the Professional Standards Board of the Institute of Legal Executives (ILEX) in October 2008.
Hilary is Chair of the Olympic Lottery Distributor Audit Committee. |

Lindsey Holbrook
Lindsey Holbrook is a Civil Engineer with 40 years experience in the design and construction of major projects in the UK and overseas. He is a panel member of IDAP (Independent Dispute Avoidance Panel) established by the Olympic Delivery Authority to avoid disputes with contractors during the construction of the Olympic facilities. Lindsey is a Board Member of the Major Projects Association, and a Fellow of both the Institution of Civil Engineers and the Association of Project Managers. |

Cllr. Sirajul Islam
Sirajul Islam is a leading figure in community development and public services with over 10 years' experience of leading and managing change in the public sector. Siraj is a Community Cohesion and Engagement Consultant and a Councillor for the Bethnal Green South Ward, in the LB Tower Hamlets. He is former Deputy Leader of the Council and currently Chair of the Council's Overview and Scrutiny Committee. Sirajul's other appointments include: Governor of John Scurr Primary School, Board Member of Tower Hamlets Community Housing and a Trustee of Spitalfields Market Community Trust. He is also accredited Peer for the Improvement and Development Agency. |
